We contacted Brian to come and look at a very large tree that needed to be taken down. He arrived for an estimate very quickly and gave us a few different options. He definitely was very knowledgeable. We agreed on a very fair price and he had the tree down in a few days. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. The work and clean up was first rate. I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone who needs tree work and will certainly be using him in the future.

Brian worked at my home this past Monday 3/20/2023. He did an amazing job cleaning my gutters and clearing my yard of leaves. This is not the 1st they have worked at my home cleaning leaves, removing brush , pruning trees and bushes with amazing outcomes at very reasonable prices. Brian’s knowledge is incredible. Brian and William took down several trees for me. They rearranged their schedule to fit me in so I could get my fence installed in time to have my elderly parents watch our dogs. I asked a workman I trusted and respected to recommend someone to remove several trees and trim a hugh maple. This involved removing 4 limbs each the size of a large tree. He recommended Brian White (Jillian's Group). Brian was quite responsive, spent time with us to look at the various trees and he gave us a reasonable price. He then revised the price downwards by combining the different jobs. He arrived on the scheduled date punctually, did an excellent job on all the trees, kept a few logs for me at my request, disposed of the rest of the cuttings, cleaned off my roof, and completed the work quite efficiently. I cannot think of anything that would have made me more satisfied and plan to call on him again for future work.

Great service. I had a dying tree dropping limbs and needed it gone. They fit me in on short notice and came in on the lower side of their estate while doing everything discussed.

Brian came to my house to do some treework for me and I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done. Brian is a knowledgeable arborist who is also fair in his assessment of our trees. We had no idea what the condition of our trees was, so he could have easily oversold us on pruning and treatment services. Instead, he explained each of our concerns and suggested a conservative approach to remediation which, he explained, was also the best approach. His estimate was way below what we were expecting. Our trees are now beautifully pruned and there was no trace of tree trash in our yard when he was done. Hire Brian for your job. We will for our future needs!

I wanted to get my house market-ready and had several big projects to complete quickly. I texted Jillian's Group on a Sunday afternoon and actually got an answer, on a Sunday! On Monday Brian contacted me and we discussed a few things before he set up an appointment for Wednesday. By Thursday he had landscaping materials lined up and appointments for estimates from a landscaper, painter, carpenter, mason, and tiler. I appreciated the constant and considerate communication from Brian each step of the way and that he was on site when others came for estimates. When a few estimates came in too high, Brian set up others to my satisfaction. Brian was able to get all done in less than 3 weeks. That included repair and stain of 3 decks, front porch floor stain and painted railings, a new concrete walkway, new stone retaining walls, finish trim inside several rooms and closets, and vinyl floor removal with tile installed in 3 rooms (1 double room). One stop shopping was everything! Brian was extremely easy to talk with and made me feel comfortable with so many contractors at my house. He is an efficient project manager and was on top of all my jobs as well as others he was on and off of in the process of rescheduling to move my dates up. I was very happy working with Jillian's Group and am still amazed at how much got done so quickly. I will definitely call them back for future work. Thank you Brian for all you did for me and for how smoothly the process went on your watch!

Brian came and was professional and polite. The service was great my roof is clean and the tree that was effecting the power is gone. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

A bad storm came through in June damaging a tree right by my driveway. It had me worried that another storm could bring it down possibly hitting my car. Brian came by and assessed the tree with my options. He quoted me an excellent price and had me at ease with this tree. Jillian's Group came right on time as they said they would. Took down the tree and a few others as part of the quote. Right before leaving they took the time to leaf blow and sweep my driveway, lawn and the street to make it as clean as they first found it. Brian took down our big oak tree in our front yard, for a great price. We did not wait long to get on his schedule and he showed up with his crew. Everything was cleaned up well. His wife was great getting things set up for tree removal. I definitely recommend them if you need trees removed.

As a new homeowner and having multiple, large gardens, we learned the hard way that not all "landscapers" even know much about plants, trees or gardens. Brian at Jillian's Group (small family owned) was our saving grace! He is seriously an expert on plants, trees, gardens...pretty much everything on our property. He also cares about the whole ecosystem and works to enhance it to the fullest. Brian pruned, mulched and worked on beautifying our whole property as well as educated us on what we had and what we could do. Brian has integrity, is a hard worker and just an amazing guy! He really has an eye for design as well. Our property looks amazing now and we will continue working with Brian to enhance our property even more with new trees, landscaping, hardscaping, etc. We are now his client for a lifetime!😁

We had a tree fall onto the garage at the beginning of July and "hired" a tree company to remove it; they never came. I was given Jilian's Group by referral and contacted Brian on Wednesday, Sept 8 and by Friday, the tree was removed from the garage, cut up and neatly left to the side as we requested. He is responsive to phone and text and his work quality was excellent.
